e-Freight 2011 Conference at Transport Logistic 10-11 May 2011

International Conference on Paperless Freight Transport Logistics 

Munich, 10-11 May 2011 

The EU projects e-Freight, SKEMA, PROPS, SUPPORT, DiSCwise, CONTAIN*, CASSANDRA* and eMAR* invited industry, transport authorities, research and academic communities to meet and discuss how best to establish a new paradigm for a paper-free, electronic information exchange in freight transport and logistics.  The conference was held at the transportLogistic exhibition, Messe, Munich, Germany on the 10th and 11th May 2011.  e-Freight 2011 also had a stand at the transportLogistic exhibition from 10-13 May 2011. More details:  *under Contract Negotiation

The BE LOGIC final conference will be on 16-17 February 2011

The final conference of the BE LOGIC project took place in Rotterdam on the 16th and 17th February.  More information about the project can be found here.  The full announcement and programme is on the BE LOGIC website.

FREIGHTWISE Final Conference, 15th April, 2010, IET, London, UK

The FREIGHTWISE project is proud to invite you to its final international conference.  This year the conference will report on the results of its work over the last four years - the Freightwise Framework, international developments and cross collaboration. There will be live demonstrations of the software in use by Siemens and reports on the business cases. The conference will look to the future and the work that lies ahead for FREIGHTWISE  to be adopted as a European standard.

The InteGRail consortium is pleased to invite you to its Final Conference which will take place 03 March 2009, 10h00 – 16h30 in Brussels. The conference will present the results of the EU funded R&D project InteGRail (Intelligent Integration of Railway Systems) which will
end in March 2009.

Over the last four years, the 39 partners (railway system suppliers, railway operators and research institutes) developed a reference platform for an interoperable information system to promote seamless railway transportation in Europe. The conference will present the technology of this InteGRail Information System (IGRIS).The highlight will be the live demonstration of the pilot-applications that are running on this platform. The successful tests of these applications in different locations in Europe in 2008 proved that the platform is capable of improving communication between railway operators, thus optimising the performance of the rail system on an international scale.
